For those wishing for a more active vacation there are facilities for golf, horse riding, canoeing and cycling all within easy reach. For the angler there is a well stocked lake within 20 meters of the cottage or the opportunity to simply dangle a baited line from the bedroom window !!
Les Cascades was the original accommodation for the owners and operators of the nearby mill ( the mill itself now converted into a dwelling house permanently occupied by the current English owners ) and has been totally renovated and fully furnished to provide accommodation for up to six adults.
Please note:- the adjacent stream is quite deep and fast -flowing and is therefore not considered suitable for families with children
The cottage comprises two bedrooms ( one double, one twin ) reception/dining room, lounge ( with bed settee ), Bathroom inc.bath/shower, WC, and a well equipped kitchen with auto washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, gas cooker and hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
Table ware, glassware, cutlery and barbecue equipment are all provided together with bed linen and table linen. Gas and electricity costs are also included.
Whilst the property does not boast a swimming pool there are extensive grounds in which guests may relax in the sun or the shade of the willows, or simply find a quiet place by the stream and watch the numerous fish drifting in the current.
