	Les Brageots is an old farmhouse expertly and tastefully restored by its owners. It is situated in a hamlet just 5km from the small pretty village of St Crepin de Richemont, and 10km from Brantome, ' The Venice of the Perigord '
Brantome is a picturesque island town with several pavement cafes and restaurants that cater for everyone's tastes. There is a busy weekly market, banks, supermarkets, post office, garages and a wide selection of interesting shops. Canoe, bike hire,river swimming and fishing are readily available during the summer season. At nearby Champagnac de Belair there is an excellent outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts.
The property easily accommodates seven; the grounds are beautifully maintained and fully enclosed for those wanting privacy. There is a large terrace area with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue for long leisurely meals outdoors. There is a small gazebo for anyone wanting to get away on one's own and swings to help entertain the children. The house comprises of a large pleasant sitting /dining room with television and radio, and soft furnishing grouped around an original stone fireplace.The dining area has seating for eight and leads into a glass conservatory overlooking the garden with extra seating. The kitchen is small with a dishwasher, microwave,washing machine and gas cooker. There are two double bedrooms one with en suite WC and shower, one with ensuite bathroom and WC , and one bed room with a double and a single bed. Each bedroom is spacious, light and comfortably furnished with traditional French style furniture. The house has gas central heating making it suitable for cosy winter holidays.
