	Les Bories is situated in a cluster of stone built houses in the tiny hamlet of Les Guichards.1.5 kms from the village of Paussac St Vivien. 3.5 kilometres away from the small town of Bourdeilles with its mediaeval fortress and Renaissance Palace.
The cottage consists of a spacious fully fitted kitchen/dining room with gas cooker, fridge,freezer, dish washer and microwave. A cosy sitting room with British TV (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 & 5)video player, and DVD player. A small shower room with WC, two bedrooms, one double and one sleeping three and a laundry room housing the washing machine. The house has two log burners and electric wall heaters making it suitable for winter holidays. There is a small enclosed garden with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Paussac St Vivien boasts a Post Office, Bar/Restaurant and a small shop. Bourdeilles has many modern amenities including two small supermarkets, two patisseries and several cafes and restaurants, which cater for all tastes. Local recreational facilities include rock climbing at Paussac, open air swimming pool, canoe hire, tennis courts and fishing at Bourdeilles. Bike hire and a larger selection of shops and restaurants can be found at the nearby market town of Brantome.
