	A pretty property situated in a narrow street just three minutes walk from the centre of Bourdeilles. The enchanting village of Bourdeilles with its Medieval Fortress and renaissance Palace has many modern amenities.
The village boasts two small supermarkets, a pretty tea room,boulangeries, a Post office and a selection of cafes and restaurants. Local recreational facilities include tennis courts, canoe hire and an open air swimming pool. Bike hire is available at nearby Brantome. This area of outstanding natural beauty attracts many walkers to the area and provides walking for all abilities.
The first floor of the cottage consists of a large open planned room comprising of a small kitchen area with washing machine, fridge, electric hob and small oven. Table and seating for five, and a comfortable sitting area with soft furnishings grouped around an original stone fire place with a log burner. The kitchen /dining room leads on to an enclosed tiled terrace with garden furniture, gas barbecue and stone steps leading out on to the narrow street. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, a separate WC and three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single with an ensuite shower room. There is a small , enclosed garden, mainly laid to lawn within walking distance to the cottage. Weekly rental price includes bed linen.
