| Three bedrooms including two doubles ensuite. One double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the other double bedroom has an ensuite WC and washbasin. There is also a twin bedded room. The spacious shower room is downstairs. The well equipped kitchen has a fridge, microwave, gas cooker and dishwasher. The living area has comfortable seating, satellite television, CD / tape player and a wood stove for cooler weather. The small, enclosed courtyard has a table and chairs and gas barbecue.
There is a 10m x 5m heated pool and pool furniture. The pool is heated to 25 degrees although it often reaches 28 degrees in July / August. It has a 1.8 m deep end and a 90cm shallow end with Roman steps. There is underwater lighting for late night swimmers. The pool is open from May to September. On Site: Mountain bikes, table tennis, boules and badminton. Locally: horse riding, tennis and canoeing.
Evening meals. Excellent, home-cooked evening meals on request. All menus are 3 courses with a cheese board, house wine and tea and coffee. A fish or vegetarian menu is available. Bed & Breakfast is also available.
Included in the rental price: All linen and towels, gas and electricity are included. Cots and other baby equipment are available free of charge. Washing machine and freezer in shared utility room.
Les Flamands is situated on the edge of the village of Cherveix Cubas, 2 minutes walk from the centre where there is a baker, butcher, general store, Post Office, wine shop and 2 bars/restaurants.
Also at Les Flamands there is a further cottage sleeping 6 people and a self contained studio/ annexe sleeping 2 people.
