	Owner's description A traditional stone cottage set in two acres of grass and woodland. From its vantage point, tucked into the crest of a hill, it sees both sunrise and sunset and delights in spectacular views.
The cottage is arranged on three levels. The principal living area comprises fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, the latter with fireplace, and French windows . Above is an open plan sleeping area with double and two single beds,there are low beams in the bedroom area. Below is the bathroom and separate toilet. The toilet and bathroom are accessed by a trapdoor in the kitchen floor by a short ladder and is not considered suitable for elderly persons or small children. This charming cottage enjoys complete privacy and is situated in an attractive scenic area. There is a lake nearby for bathing, fishing and boating and the countryside is ideal for walking or biking. The remarkable castle of Hautefort dominates the skyline.
