Le Prieure is situated overlooking the peaceful hamlet of Belaygue just 7 kms from the picturesque market town of Brantome dubbed the ' Venice of the Perigord '. Recreational facilities include tennis courts, canoe hire, river swimming & bike hire.
The house has three floors, the ground floor can be efectively a separate apartment, with a small galley kitchen, spacious sitting room, a double bedroom, a bathroom with bath, basin and WC and a Utility room with washing machine and dryer. First floor has a large kitchen / diner with microwave, dishwasher,fridge, electric hob and oven. This room leads into a comfortable sitting room with piano, TV & CD player. Second floor consists of two double bedrooms, 1 twin & bathroom with bath, basin and WC.
