	Arguenon Valley - Brittany La Ville Lambert is a privately owned French country estate near to the channel coast of Brittany. Recently renovated to the highest standards the Château offers luxury, comfort and privacy. Although in the heart of the countryside, it is a short 15km trip to the coast and sandy beaches. Set in 70 acres of private parkland with a pond and ancient woodlands on the edge of a large reservoir lake in the rolling countryside of the Côtes d'Armor.
There are several excellent restaurants to be found nearby and outdoor pursuits such as cycling, fishing, horse riding and golf. The Château has its own golf driving range. Spend time visiting the long sandy beaches of Brittany (Sable d'Or, Erquy, St. Lunaire, St. Jacut and Dinard. Easy access to the Channel port of St. Malo, airports of Dinard and Rennes, and close to the historical towns of Dinan, St. Brieuc and Mont St. Michel. The Château comfortably accommodates 28 and comprises: HALL: large entrance, wood staircase with double doors to terrace front and back. SALON: parquet flooring, marble fireplace. Decorated in mainly Empire style with American baby grand piano. Compact music system with DVD, tape, radio DINING ROOM: marble fireplace, chandeliers, empire and American 19th c. style furniture. Breakfast room KITCHEN: very well equipped with microwave multi oven, large gas oven, electric/gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, all stainless steel appliances.
