| We have converted the farm longhouse and stables at La Julerie into 4 gites and have been awarded 3 stars by Gites de France (maximum for non-detached properties).
Each cottage has been individually re-created in the Breton style and we have taken great care to ensure that all the beautiful original timbers are exposed throughout each cottage, but at the same time have fitted each cottage with fitted kitchen,French/English TV, wooden patio table & chairs & barbeque.
There is ample parking space for guests.
Cots are available.
Prices include all bath and bedroom linen.
La Julerie slopes gently to the south and is a natural suntrap, it is very peaceful away from mainroads, but near historic towns such as Dinan & St Malo & many beautiful sandy beaches & several golf courses.
We listed over 50 different types of birds and attract many swallows. At nighttime you hear the owls, not cars.
La Vieille Ferme has patios to the front & rear and garden alongside the house, but shares communal land for games (table tennis table and swings etc) with the other cottages. Downstairs offers a entrance-hall, corner kitchen, dining area and salon with settee bed and a washroom/toilet, the walls are finished in a traditional Breton render, the floors are tiled. Upstairs has 1 double bedroom, 1 twinbedded & 1 single bedded. No1 bathroom has bath & basin, No 2 bathroom has shower, basin & toilet, there is a separate toilet.
This cottage is not equipped to cater for disabled people.
