	A small holiday home situated in the coastal town of St George de Didonne just a few minutes walk from the beach. Amenities in the town include supermarkets, butchers, boulangerie, Doctors, Chemists, gift shops, newsagents and a selection of cafes and restaurants and bike hire.
The larger town of Royan, a delightful coastal town which provides a large choice of Restaurants (many serving delicious seafood), a casino, shops and markets is just a kilometre away and La Rochelle, the capital town of this department just 5 kms. Local leisure pursuits include tennis, golf, cycle hire and a large water-park with chutes, slides and indoor/outdoor pool area with rapids, waterfalls and Jacuzzi. One of the largest zoos in Europe is situated at La Palmyre.
The small, detached house is situated in a residential street and has a small courtyard for parking and a small garden at the back of the property with garden tables, chairs and a barbecue. The accommodation consists of a small 'French style' kitchen/dining room with a gas/electric cooker, fridge, microwave, and washing machine. A sitting room with a television (French channels only) and soft furnishings,2 double bedrooms, a twin room, a shower room with shower & basin, a bathroom with bath & basin and 2 separate WC's. Price reductions are given to groups of less than four during Low & Mid season.
