The third owner is David Todd who is also the current owner of The French Property Shop. Archer Immobilier retains strong ties with this company. The fourth owner is Frenchman Jean-Pascal Lherault who has various Estate Agency Offices in the Charente under the auspices of "Europ Immobilier" . Archers can offer a wide range of properties including small character cottages for renovation, village houses, country farmhouses of all sizes with or without outbuildings, larger "Maison de Maître" also some Chateaux, occasionally vineyards and often building land..
